Unopened Products:
We accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of purchase. A full refund will be provided, less any delivery expenses. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging and condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Products:
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. We will arrange a replacement once our team has authorised the return.

Lost Packages:
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the original order placement. We will reship the lost package at no additional cost.
Stolen packages are not eligible for a refund. If you need assistance determining if your package was lost or stolen, please contact our customer support team.

What should I do if my unopened ampoule is damaged?
If your ampoule is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement.

How much liquid should be in the single tests?
The single test contains a very small amount of liquid necessary for proper testing. This is normal and ensures accurate results.

How should I dispose of the ampoule and sample after testing?
After testing, please dispose of the ampoule and sample safely in the garbage. Follow your local guidelines for waste disposal to ensure safe handling.

Are the testing kits accurate?
The testing kits are designed to be a guide for analysing substances. They provide preliminary results, but for comprehensive and accurate analysis, laboratory testing is recommended.

What should I do if someone ingests the contents of the testing kit?
Keep all testing kits and chemicals out of the reach of children. Store them in a secure location to prevent accidental exposure.
If anyone ingests the contents of the testing kit, contact the Australian Poisons Information Centre immediately at 13 11 26.

What is your return and exchange policy?
At Rack Apparel we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction.
1. Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Time Frame:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at rackenquiries@gmail.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will guide you through the return process.
- Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
2. Exchanges:

We accept exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt

How do you ensure the comfort and quality of your clothing?
Our Tees are 100% sustainably sourced Cotton, an orthodox fit - unisex - printed with no annoying labels, and we cater for a large range of sizes (S-XXL).
Can customers customize or personalize their clothing orders?
